Privacy & cookies
Last updated 12 October 2026. How instlygroup.com measures visits, which cookies it uses and how you control them.
Who we are
This website is run by Instly Group OÜ, Estonia (“Instly Group”, “we”, “us”). Questions about this page or your data: info@instlytechnologies.com.
What this website collects
The site has no forms and no visitor accounts. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive what you send and use it to reply.
Visit counts we always run (Plausible Analytics)
We count visits with Plausible Analytics, an EU company (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia) that keeps its data in the EU. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not store your IP address or any other personal data. It reports in aggregate: pages visited, the websites that sent visitors, and browser, device type and country.
Analytics only with your OK (Google Analytics)
If you choose Accept analytics, we also use Google Analytics, run by Google LLC in the USA, to see which sources bring visitors (search engines, AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Perplexity, social media) and which pages help. It receives the pages you view (without their query string, except campaign tags), the name of the website that sent you, whether you arrived from an AI assistant and which one, a random identifier kept in two first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_VEGFS6VKT3, which expire 13 months after they are set), your browser and device type, time on page, and an approximate location that Google works out from your IP address (Google does not store the IP address). We never send it your email address, name, phone number or anything you type.
Its advertising features, Google signals and data sharing are switched off, and event- and user-level data is deleted after 2 months; only aggregated reports with no identifier (counts by page, source and country) are kept longer. Google processes it in the USA and other countries where it operates, under its data processing terms, which include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. If you choose Essential only, Google Analytics is never loaded.
Cookies
We set no cookies unless you accept analytics. Your choice in the cookie banner is kept in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.
| Name | Purpose | Provider | Expires | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|
instlygroup_cookie_consent (local storage) | Remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask again | Instly Group | Until you clear your browser storage | Once you choose |
_ga | Google Analytics: random identifier that tells visits apart | 13 months | Only after Accept analytics | |
_ga_VEGFS6VKT3 | Google Analytics: keeps the current visit together for this site | 13 months | Only after Accept analytics |
Our own staff who sign in to the content-management system get a sign-in cookie; it is never set for visitors to the public site. No advertising cookies, no third-party ad networks, no cross-site tracking pixels, and we never sell your data.
Managing your choice
The banner on your first visit asks once and remembers your answer on this device. You can change it at any time:
Choosing Essential only stops Google Analytics at once and deletes its cookies from this site; if it was running on that page, the page reloads. You can also block scripts from googletagmanager.com or plausible.io in your browser, or use an ad blocker.
Other services our pages load
The home page loads its typeface from cdn.jsdelivr.net, and some partner logos from cdn.simpleicons.org and Google’s favicon service (www.google.com), when you open it and before any choice in the cookie banner. Like any web request, these give the provider your IP address and the browser details the request carries. We receive nothing from them about you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of them, email info@instlytechnologies.com. We’ll update this page if our use of analytics or cookies changes.
